EQUIPMENT MOUNTING HARDWARE: Consists of ½"x2" captive carriage bolts with external tooth washers, split lockwashers and hex nuts.

GROUND LUGS: To order brackets with ground lugs (pictured on page A-5) add "GL" to catalog number. Example: CB-2-GL

TERMINATOR BRACKETS

These brackets are available in a variety of designs. The Pothead Terminator bracket, pictured above with straight pothead mounting flanges, is also available with mounting flanges angled at 20° . Flanges and adaptors may be ordered separately. See data box below.

INSULATOR BRACKETS

A variety of bracket designs allows for vertical and horizontal mounting of stud type post and pin insulators. The CA-Type Vertical Insulator and Equipment Mounting Bracket will also permit attachment of cutouts, arrestors and deadends.

MATERIAL: Ductile iron, grade 604512, hot galvanized per ASTM A-153.

POLE MOUNTING HOLES: All brackets are designed for mounting to pole with two 5/8" diameter bolts.

Mast, Pipe and Steel Pole Mounting Brackets

SECONDARY POLE BANDS

For mounting secondary racks and other equipment on steel poles. They are furnished with 5/8"x2" carriage bolts for mounting equipment and two ½"x3 ½" carriage bolts for securing bands on pole.

PC-TYPE, Mast Clamps

The PC-TYPE mast clamps are multi-purpose attachments for racks, brackets and hangers.

Material: A-36 hot rolled steel, galvanized per ASTM A-153.

TANK MOUNTED SURGE ARRESTER BRACKETS

For mounting surge arresters to overhead distribution transformer and regulator tanks. They are furnished with equipment mounting hardware for mounting arresters and optional bracket mounting hardware for fastening the bracket to the tank bolt pad.

MATERIAL: A-36 hot rolled steel, hot galvanized per ASTM A-153

EQUIPMENT MOUNTING HARDWARE: Consists of 1/2"x2" carriage bolt (galvanized steel) with hex nut, split lockwasher and external tooth lockwasher.. The TMSA-27 is furnished with a flat washer in place of the tooth lockwasher.
